Step into tranquility and join me for a blissful morning of rejuvenation and delicious food at my Soulful Sound Sunday Brunch at The Hub.
We’ll start our day at 10am with a detoxing welcome drink as we take in the luxurious ambiance of The Box Cinema.
Then, I’ll be guiding you through gentle breathwork to soothe the nervous system, a meditation to set intentions, and a profound sound journey with Crystal Bowls—with the goal to transport you to a state of deep relaxation and bliss.
We’ll then cap off this relaxing session with a delectable brunch spread, complete with barista coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice—all included in your ticket price!
