Indulge your senses with the delights of freshly squeezed juices, aromatic teas, Organic vegetarian cuisine, lovingly crafted from the array of organic fresh herbs and vegetables grown in the garden.

Practice yoga outside, under shade, with the view of the Atlas mountains, the sounds and scenes of the landscape from our mat will be a magical experience and one you’ll never forget.

The morning practices will be more energising in nature, a slow, yet strong, alignment based flow, led by the breath. The afternoons will be more Yin / restorative in style and allow you to rest deeply, nourishing mind and body.

In both sessions we will explore Pranayama, Mudra and Mantra and I will weave in Yogic philosophy to deepen the experience and our understanding. We will practice daily meditations and Yoga Nidra to help calm the mind and leave you feeling spacious and rejuvenated.

Our accommodation at The Source, Marrakech is set in 2 hectares of the most magical and aromatic gardens. The private gardens house fragrant roses in which to rest and recuperate and paths flanked by hedges lead to little oases providing privacy and calm.

The villa has 3 spacious and luxurious suites including their own private garden and gorgeous private pool.
