Exploration of the Physical Body: An Embodied Practice
My Summer Series is back! Join me over the next few weeks I will be teaching a special summer series where will will explore the physical body, from the feet to the head.
We’ll be doing an in-depth study of how to work effectively with each area of the body, going a little into the anatomy of each part of the body. It will be a real embodied practice.
This Summer Series, we’ll be doing an in depth exploration of how to work with our body. We are all unique individuals and our practice should reflect that! We’ll explore the anatomy of each area of the body, for the feet to the head, and really delve into an embodied practice.
Doing this kind of practice allows us to really explore where we have space and where we have limitations in our body. Embodied practice can help us develop better self awareness and connection to our body, which in turn can allow us to practice in a way that is more in alignment with our own unique, body, adjusting and adapting where needed. By doing so, we can find more ease in our practice.
I’m offering a mixture of in person classes alongside my online offering, so perfect if you are heading on holiday or staying at home!
